“Bawaal” follows the story of Ajay Dixit (Varun Dhawan), a high school teacher dissatisfied with his life. Marrying Nisha (Janhvi Kapoor), who suffers from epilepsy, adds to his misery. As Ajay distances himself from Nisha due to societal pressure, their marital conflicts intensify.

The film explores how the couple deals with their issues and presents a unique take on resolving conflicts through imaginative scenarios inspired by World War 2 victims.
